About the School
Progress Futures is the Post-16 provision of Progress Arc supporting young people to prepare for adulthood, employment and greater independence.
Our personalised approach combines English and Maths, vocational learning, careers, enrichment and personal development, helping students build confidence, develop practical skills and prepare for their next steps.
Through smaller groups, individual support and opportunities to engage with employers and the wider community, we create a supportive environment where young people can explore their aspirations and reach their potential.
Student wellbeing and safeguarding are at the heart of everything we do. We work closely with students, families and external professionals to ensure every young person feels safe and supported.

Our provision offers smaller class sizes, quieter learning environments and flexible learning spaces, creating an environment that can adapt to different learning styles and individual needs.
Students can explore four vocationally led pathways – Build, Create, Grow and Nurture – covering areas including design technology and multi-trades, art, drama and music, horticulture and catering, and health, social care and fitness. Learning combines academic qualifications with practical, hands-on experiences and opportunities to develop skills for the workplace.
Personal development is embedded throughout our curriculum through BraveEd, helping students build resilience, confidence, independence, digital literacy and communication skills. Students also benefit from careers guidance, enterprise projects, employer encounters and work experience opportunities wherever possible.
